From material information to thoughtful service, we value clarity, comfort, and care. These are the standards every OLIVA piece is held to before it appears in our store.

1. Honest materials

We describe what a piece is made of using the information confirmed by its manufacturer. If a fabric is a look-alike — a “silk-look” or “leather-look” finish — we say so.

2. Reviewed before listing

Pieces are reviewed for usefulness, finish and documentation before they are offered. Products that are not yet ready simply do not appear.

3. Clear delivery

Shipping is calculated at checkout, and an estimated delivery window is shown before purchase. If an order is delayed, we tell you.

4. Real images

We show the product as it is. We do not alter a product’s shape, color or material in photography.

5. Genuine reviews only

Any review you read on OLIVA is written by a real customer.
